PPGEDU/URI offers two full PhD scholarships for foreign students – PEC-PG 2025

PhD SCHOLARSHIP IN BRAZIL – PPGEDU URI
Applications are now open for the PhD in Education at URI – Frederico Westphalen, with a PEC-PG CAPES/MRE scholarship. The course begins in March 2026 and lasts for 48 months.
